Caring Hearts Home Care is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Field Worker to support NDIS participants across Western Melbourne. If you’re passionate about helping others live more independently and with dignity, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role

As a Field Worker, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred supports to individuals living with disability, helping them achieve their goals in daily living and community engagement.

This casual part-time position offers approximately 20-30 hours per week, with flexible shifts based on participant needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide in-home and community-based support to NDIS participants

Assist with personal care, domestic tasks, meal prep, and transport

Encourage social inclusion and independent skill development

Accurately maintain documentation and communication logs

Follow individualised support plans and ensure safe work practices

What We’re Looking For

Experience in disability, aged care, or community support (preferred)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Current First Aid & CPR Certification

Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle

Working With Children Check (WWCC)

COVID-19 vaccination status compliant with health guidelines

Strong communication skills and a genuine person-centred approach

Availability to work flexibly across Western Melbourne suburbs
