Bilinga Surf Lifesaving Club is looking to build a small casual team to support the operations of Tower 7 Coffee and club functions. This is a great opportunity for reliable, friendly, and self-motivated individuals who enjoy working in a relaxed coastal environment.
About the Role
You’ll be part of a small team helping with:
Barista duties at Tower 7 Coffee (open Friday to Sunday)
Bar work during private functions and club events (mostly weekends)
What We’re Looking For
Barista experience (essential)
Bar experience (essential; RSA required)
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Reliability and good communication skills
Flexibility to work across both coffee and bar shifts as needed
