About the role

Are you a passionate and experienced hospitality professional looking for a casual role in a vibrant and dynamic environment? Modo Mio', a popular Italian restaurant and bar located in the heart of Broadbeach, Gold Coast, is seeking enthusiastic floor staff, bar tenders and baristas to join their team. This is a casual role with flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service to all patrons

Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Using coffee machines to prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks

Restocking and maintaining bar and service areas

Assisting with table service, including taking orders and delivering food and drinks

Ensuring adherence to all health, safety and liquor licensing regulations

Contributing to a positive team environment and a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a similar hospitality role, such as bar tending, barista or floor staff

Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a friendly, efficient and professional service

Knowledge of coffee making and bar operations, including the preparation of cocktails and mixed drinks

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Flexible and adaptable to accommodate varying shift patterns

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification or willingness to obtain
