The opportunity

We are looking for experienced Bar Staff members to join our vibrant team at LOCAL Burleigh Heads. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our customers in our popular coastal venue located in Burleigh Heads QLD 4220. Permenant full time roles for the right candidates, including management and supervisors.

Key responsibilities

Preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers and non-alcoholic drinks

Providing friendly and attentive customer service

Maintaining a clean and organised bar area

Restocking and inventory management

Adhering to all licensing and health and safety regulations

Contributing to a positive team environment

What we're looking for

Minimum 6 Months experience working in a bar or similar hospitality role

Strong knowledge of a wide range of beverages and cocktail making

Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well in a team

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

Flexible and able to work nights, weekends and public holidays

Passion for the hospitality industry and creating memorable experiences for customers
