About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a Sales Consultant to join our Sunshine Coast HQ. You’ll be the friendly face (or voice) that helps guide customers through their buying journey, answering questions, building relationships, and supporting them well beyond the sale. If you’re confident, customer-focused, and keen to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to online enquiries, phone calls, emails, and showroom visitors

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process and beyond

Assist with technical questions (training provided)

Collaborate with the team on sales strategy, forecasting, and reporting

Attend trade shows and expos (approx. 8–10 per year)

Optional Saturday work from time to time

About You

Experience in the caravan, automotive, or camping industry is a bonus – but not essential

Mechanical or technical understanding (or willingness to learn)

Strong communication skills and a genuine customer-first approach

Confident, motivated, and organised

Passion for camping, travel or the outdoors highly regarded

Salary negotiable based on experience.
