Annualised Salary $70,000
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Case Ready Manager, this role will be a key player in ensuring the smooth daily production outcomes of our operations. This is a unique opportunity for a current employee to take on a leadership role within our dynamic team.
The Role
- Liaise with the Sales team and Customers on orders with the aim of having all orders in the system within agreed time frames.
- Ensuring Service levels are met to Customer contractual agreements.
- Liaise with the Production team to ensure the plan can be implemented efficiently and to ensure all costs are fully understood and accounted for when assessing cost benefits.
- Provide on-going feedback to the Sales and Primal Planning Teams team on upcoming stock needs over each of the planning horizons.
- Develop and maintain the production plan for each of the planning horizons covering the production.
- Prepare and issue the daily cut plans.
- Complete costings for all proposed product changes where cost benefits are not already well understood.
- Creating New items within production systems (NPD).
- Maintain a high level of communication with the Case Ready Manager and staff.
- Planning and Staff rostering
- Staff training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Ensure labelling compliances are met.
