About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance our enterprise ServiceNow platform. You’ll work closely with security-cleared teams to deliver scalable, efficient solutions that support business operations and IT service management. What You’ll Do

• Design, develop and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Implement workflows, UI policies, business rules, and automation aligned with ITIL processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and the business to translate requirements into platform solutions.
• Ensure platform integrity and security compliance aligned with NV1 clearance requirements.
• Contribute to platform upgrades, patching, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Familiarity with ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM modules.
• NV1 Security Clearance (must have to be considered).
• Must be an Australian Citizen
• Excellent problem-solving skills and stakeholder communication.

Bonus Points For

• Experience in highly regulated or government environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or similar).
