In this leadership role, you’ll bring strategic thinking, BD mindset, well rounded project knowledge, mentorship skills, and work closely with clients and consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes in the commercial, podium and tower space.

Key Responsibilities

Lead landscape architecture projects from design development through to construction

Provide technical oversight and ensure documentation meets industry standards

Liaise confidently with clients, councils, and consultants

Mentor and guide junior team members

Implement procedures into the newly establish Landscape division

Contribute to business development and client retention

Skills & Experience

7–10 years of post-graduate experience in landscape architecture

Proficient in AutoCAD; Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp a bonus

Clear and confident in communication with clients

Strong construction knowledge and ability to deliver IFC-level documentation

Good understanding of processes involved within Landscape Architecture

Develop CAD systems and procedures for growth
