Bluestone is currently partnered with a leading housing business who are looking for a Head of Production to join the business.

This leading builder are integrated with a land development business. They deliver a mixture of Medium density, House + Land & retirement/aged care projects.

About the role:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Management of the estimating & drafting functions within the business.
• Development & implementation of business strategy
• Continuous improvement of systems & process within drafting & estimating
• Workflow management

The successful candidate

• Demonstrated experience in similar role within the residential sector
• Strong background in drafting and sound knowledge of drafting principles, systems & codes.
• Leadership, ability to manage teams, drive outcomes & foster a fantastic team culture
