Due to strong growth and ongoing team expansion, we are recruiting a Customer Support Advisor to join their collaborative and high-performing Australian team.

Key Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for guiding suppliers and customers through the onboarding and renewal process, ensuring they meet industry requirements - this does not involve cold calling. Your duties will include:

• Conduct scheduled calls with suppliers and customers to assist with registration, renewals, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, including IT and procedural support.
• Process subscription fees and payments.
• Validate online questionnaires thoroughly and ensure they meet compliance standards.
• Communicate status updates and assist with document tracking.
• Support continuous improvement and contribute to team meetings.
• Meet and exceed personal KPIs in both customer satisfaction and call quality.
