Your Role:
Join a high-performing Litigation team and be the right hand to a well-regarded Senior Partner. You’ll work across a broad range of engaging matters with a team that values precision, communication, and initiative. Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting and preparing legal documents – NDAs, briefs, affidavits, letters of demand, court forms, and more
- Matter and file management – conflict checks, opening/closing files, archiving, and compliance
- Billing and expenses – timesheet entry, monthly invoicing, and client reporting
- Diary and travel coordination – manage competing priorities, court dates, and national/international travel
- Stakeholder communication – liaising with clients, barristers, and internal teams
- Inbox and correspondence management – monitor, prioritise, and respond to daily communications
- Team support – assist with internal events, onboarding, and general operations
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant, ideally with litigation exposure (but all practice areas welcome)
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Experience with legal systems like iManage, Elite 3E, Aderant or similar
- A proactive, can-do attitude and pride in your work
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced professional environment
