Tax Manager, Financial Services:

TOM People are partnering with a well known Financial Services organisation to recruit a Tax Manager position.

Reporting to an excellent Head of Tax, this role will take ownership of all tax reporting deliverables, with a focus on review and oversight, ensuring the highest standards across FATCA and CRS compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Oversee all tax reporting deliverables, with a focus on FATCA and CRS compliance, across the Group

Lead the team to provide review, guidance and oversight on tax reporting deliverables

Act as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external advisors on international tax reporting matters

Support broader tax governance frameworks, controls and initiatives

Keep across global developments and regulatory changes impacting FATCA/CRS

About You:

CA/CPA or legal qualification

Strong knowledge of FATCA and CRS reporting is essential, either in-house, or via Big 4 / mid-tier advisory or law firm experience

Confident reviewing technical work and advising on reporting risks and obligations

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with non-tax stakeholders

Comfortable working independently with high levels of accountability
