Are you a Private Clients Tax specialist ready to lead? This is a rare opportunity to step into a Taxation Director role with a growing, mid-sized accounting firm undergoing exciting expansion through acquisition.
Duties:

• Tax Advisory - Strategic tax planning for individuals and private groups, tax structuring, asset protection, management of Div 7a, CGT, small business concessions, tax effective structuring, PSI
• Compliance – Tax returns for complex companies
• Employee Share Schemes – Design equity plans, tax treatments of shares
• International Tax and Residency - Inbound/outbound tax structuring for individuals and family groups. Foreign income and transfer pricing where relevant
• Managing a portfolio of $800K in fees
• You will work with large private groups, high-net-worth individuals, and SMEs
• This standalone role is ideal for someone who wants to be the go-to tax expert in the office — driving education, mentoring colleagues, and taking the lead on complex client matters.
• Attend client meetings and identify opportunities where the firm can better serivce clients from a tax perspective.

What you need:

• CA or CPA qualified and potentially a Masters of Tax
• Experience at Senior Manager level or above in Tax – Private Clients
• Strong technical tax expertise
• Passion for tax education and internal knowledge-sharing
• Confident people leadership and advisory skills
• A proactive, eager, and approachable style
