Synaco by Synergie is currently seeking experienced and safety-focused Loader Operators to join our team, working with a leading client in the Northern Territory. This opportunity offers a lifestyle-friendly 7:7 FIFO roster and the chance to contribute to safe and efficient operations within the process plant.

As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment in and around the processing plant to ensure smooth production flow. This position requires a strong commitment to safety and environmental standards, as well as the ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate loaders and related machinery safely and efficiently
• Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance
• Collaborate with processing and site teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Adhere to all safety, environmental, and site-specific protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in mining, processing, or heavy industrial operations
• Competency operating CAT 980 & 950 loaders and Komatsu equipment
• RII tickets for relevant plant and machinery
• Experience operating Komatsu PC02 (mini excavator) is an advantage
• Current Heavy Rigid (HR) open licence
• Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts
• Physically fit and able to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions
• Strong team player with a proactive and safety-first mindset

What’s On Offer:

• Hourly Rate: $50.60 – $52.80 flat rate (applies to both day and night shifts)
• Roster: 7 days on, 7 days off (FIFO from Darwin or Cairns)
  (Interstate candidates are required to make their way to either Darwin or Cairns for charter flights)
