About the role

We're looking for experienced and versatile heavy machinery operators to join our dynamic construction team in Darwin. As a Loader, Excavator (GPS), Roller, Serviceman and MC Truck Driver, you'll play a crucial role in executing our construction projects across the Northern Territory. This is a casual position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting job sites.

What you'll be doing

Operating a range of heavy construction equipment including loaders, excavators, rollers and MC trucks

Performing routine maintenance and servicing of machinery to ensure optimal performance

Collaborating with the wider construction team to complete projects safely and efficiently

Adapting your skill set to undertake a diverse range of tasks as needed

Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with relevant safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

Substantial experience operating a variety of heavy construction equipment

A valid MC (Multi-Combination) driver's licence

Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and service machinery

A flexible, adaptable approach to your work and the ability to switch between different tasks

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to working safely

The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
