Mill Operators & Ore Prep Operators – Processing Plant Roles

We’re on the lookout for keen and capable operators to join an established processing team working with fixed plant machinery on the crushing circuit. Whether you’ve got solid experience in mills or just starting out from a TA or shutdown background, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role:
You’ll be part of a professional operations crew supporting the smooth running of the plant. From overseeing machinery to general field duties, this role offers variety and the chance to build long-term skills in a highly sought-after field.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting day-to-day operations of crushing and milling equipment

Monitoring materials and machinery across the plant

General operating, cleaning and maintenance duties as required

Progressing through structured training in different areas of the plant

The Perks:

2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster – day and night shifts

$45.50/hour flat rate

Ongoing work with potential to move into a permanent role

FIFO from Darwin (interstate flights not included)

Opportunities to train and move into more advanced plant areas over time

Ideal Background:

Experience in fixed plant, processing, or mill operations preferred

TA or shutdown experience around fixed plant also highly regarded

Tickets such as Confined Space, Working at Heights, Gas Test or Crane are a bonus
