The company produces custom-built lifting machinery, rail-related equipment, winches, and fabricated steel structures for both domestic and international markets. They are seeking experienced Welder Fabricators to join their production team on a full-time permanent basis.

You'll be fabricating structural components, reading workshop drawings, and welding to strict procedural standards. Key Requirements

• Trade qualification in fabrication or welding
• Proficiency in MIG welding (solid wire and flux core)
• Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings and weld symbols
• Competent in following welding procedures and quality standards
• Safe operation of overhead crane equipment
• Welding test required as part of the selection process
• Forklift ticket preferred
• HRW tickets or formal welding qualifications desirable
• Strong work ethic, problem-solving ability, and professional presentation
