THE OPPORTUNITY

As an Intermediate to senior, you will be tasked with:

· Ensuring all communication with team members and clients is professional, accurate and timely.

· Complete all tasks within required timeframes, demonstrating care and diligence.

· Deliver client work with meticulous attention to detail.

· Manage day-to-day client relations, effectively handling challenging interpersonal situations.

· Collaborate with the team to ensure client work is completed within turnaround times and budget constraints.

· Keep systems and processes up to date and accurate in real-time.

· Monitor team KPIs for billing, jobs, and debtors to ensure operational goals are met.

· Maintain and update data in accordance with company procedures.

· Actively address internal queries to achieve the best outcomes for the team.

· Regularly review systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, challenging the status quo as needed.

ABOUT YOU

The firm is seeking an individual who possesses the following qualities:

· Comprehensive expertise in accounting and taxation.

· Proficient in preparing financial statements and tax returns for complex entities, including trusts and corporations.

· Strong understanding of taxation legislation and regulatory requirements.

· Over 5 years of practical experience, with a focus on cloud-based technology.

· Capable of providing strategic tax planning recommendations to clients.

· Successfully managed a diverse small to medium-sized client portfolio at the reviewer level.

· CPA or CA qualified.
