How You Can Make a Difference

We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Individual Giving to lead a high-performing team and drive growth through direct response channels (Direct Mail, F2F, Telemarketing and Digital) in one of Australia’s most vital fundraising programs. Reporting to the National Manager of Revenue, you’ll be the mastermind behind engaging donor retention journeys, digital campaigns, and acquisition strategies that boost revenue, deepen relationships, and build a lasting pipeline for future philanthropy.

Due to parental leave, this role is being offered on a fixed term full time 12-month contract (open to 0.8 or 0.9 for the right person). You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and any of our capital city offices.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the development and execution of innovative multi-channel fundraising strategies across regular and one-off giving
• Shaping a data-driven donor journey that improves retention and lifetime value.
• Driving acquisition plans that expand our supporter base and fuel income growth.
• Collaborating closely across the organisation to ensure every supporter touchpoint is meaningful and aligned.
• Managing budgets with a sharp eye on ROI and performance reporting.
