Senior Strata Manager role - Full-Time Permanent - Brisbane CBD

Your new company

Our client is a well-established and growing QLD Strata firm, and they are seeking an experienced Senior Strata Manager to join their Brisbane team to help support their growing portfolio of large schemes.

Your new role

As a Senior Strata Manager, you will look after a large portfolio, including BMS and layered schemes. Duties will include, but not limited to;

• Drafting budgets
  
• Drafting committee and general meeting agendas and drafting and issuing minutes
  
• Attend and run committee and general meetings
  
• Quote requests and handle work orders and invoice approvals
  
• Handling the sale of management rights
  
• Handling caretaker disputes
  
• Managing insurance claims and term deposits
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Senior Strata Management role, looking after BMS and layered schemes
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong administrative and computer skills
  
• Strong organisational and time management skills
