Position Details

• Monday to Friday
• Day Shift: 5:00am - 1:36pm | $35 - $39/hr + penalties
• Afternoon Shift: 1:30pm - 9:06pm | $40.25 - $44.85/hr + penalties
• Located Pinkenba, QLD
• Long-term ongoing work

Key Responsibilities

Operate Reo steel bending and cutting machines

• Operate gantry crane to move reo steel bundles to pick/pack or truck loading areas
• Perform pre-start safety checks on all plant and equipment
• Pick and assemble steel orders for dispatch
• Operate loading PCs and RF scanners
• Forklift operation (if ticketed)

What We're Looking For

• Current driver's licence and reliable transport
• High-Risk Work licences (Forklift & Gantry Crane) - highly desirable
• Previous experience in steel or manufacturing industries preferred
• Experience with steel bending machines is highly regarded
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a busy industrial setting
• Willingness to learn - full training and buddy system provided
