Lucas TCS is currently seeking applications for a Multi-Skilled Plant Operator for our upcoming King Rocks Wind Farm.

An exciting upcoming project scheduled to commence in August 2025 with an anticipated project duration of approximately 12 months.

This project, located just outside Hyden (approximately 340 km east of Perth), will see Lucas TCS as the lead contractor for the Civil Balance of Plant work (CBoP) including the design and construction of a large-scale wind farm.

About the Role

We now invite applications for multiple Multi Skilled Plant Operators – Dozer GPS (D9), Excavator GPS (36T), Grader GPS (M Series), & ADT for this exciting new project.

We're offering 2:1 and 2:2 DS-only rosters, including flights (ex Adelaide), with accommodation and meals fully provided.

In addition to technical skills and experience in plant operation, you will need:

Proven experience operating various machines in either a mining or civil environment.

Current Driver’s License, full C minimum.

Ability to commit to remote rostered work.

Strong commitment to safety with proven track record of safe operating practices.

Pride in your machine and standard of work.

Commitment to roster schedules, including 2:1 or 2:2 DS Only.

A positive, constructive “can do” work attitude.

A Police Check will be required and you will need to pass a comprehensive medical including drug and alcohol testing.
