About the Role

Speak About Speech Pathology
Position: Head of Clinical Operations & Senior Speech Pathologist
Employment Status: Full Time
Location: Richmond, NSW (with team across Richmond & Tuggerah)
Days: Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm and Friday 8am–2pm
Start Date: mid August 2025 (flexible for the right person)

This hybrid position is ideal for an experienced speech pathologist ready to step into a leadership role and take ownership of clinical operations. You’ll split your time between:

✔ Leading and mentoring a growing team across two locations (Richmond & Tuggerah)
✔ Managing clinical operations, including systems, policies, and innovation
✔ Providing a smaller caseload of therapy for children and families (18 months–18 years old)

You’ll have access to:

Full admin support to assist with leading and clinical priorities

What We’re Looking For

You’re an experienced speech pathologist (or you have already stepped into a senior position) with a heart for leadership and a vision for helping teams thrive.

Essential Criteria:

Recognised degree in Speech Pathology and practising member of Speech Pathology Australia.

5+ years experience with paediatric caseloads (including ASD, CAS, and a range of diagnoses).

High standard of written and oral communication skills.

Excellent organisation and time management – able to prioritise and take initiative.

Tech-savvy and open to learning new systems.

A growth mindset and desire to develop your leadership and clinical operations skills.
