We are proudly representing a well-established and highly respected paediatric therapy provider in Newcastle, seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to join their dynamic multidisciplinary team.

With over 20 Speech Pathologists on staff, this organisation is recognised for delivering evidence-based, high-quality care while fostering a strong, collaborative team culture. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality speech pathology services to a paediatric caseload
  • Areas include speech, language, stuttering, feeding, literacy, and early communication/play skills
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other stakeholders to deliver outcomes-focused therapy
  • Participate in internal team projects and external community initiatives
  • Optional supervision and leadership contributions for experienced clinicians

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • A clinician who values evidence-based practice, collaboration, and continual learning
  • Minimum 2 years of postgraduate experience
