The Role:

We’re looking for several experienced support workers to join a dedicated team supporting a single client on a 24/7 schedule. You’ll be part of a rotating roster of day, evening and overnight shifts, providing assistance with personal care, daily living, community participation and social activities. This is a long-term client: you’ll get a regular roster and the chance to build a long‑term relationship with someone who deserves consistency and respect.

What you’ll be doing:

* Providing person‑centred support and personal care in the client’s home and out in the community.

* Assisting with mobility and transfers – you must be confident working with someone with high physical support needs.

* Supporting healthcare routines and medications as directed.

* Documenting notes and communicating clearly with family, coordinators and allied health professionals.

* Contributing to a positive, safe and fun environment – this client values honesty, routine and is highly motivated.

About you:

✅ Qualified: Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Community Services or similar.

✅ Checks & licences: Current NDIS Worker Screening/Yellow Card, current First Aid & CPR, Blue Card (working with children), and a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.

✅ Availability: This roster is 24/7 and we will be building a sustainable team for each shift.

✅ Skills: Experience with high physical support needs, hoisting and manual handling is essential. You’ll need to stay calm under pressure and be comfortable taking direction from this participant.
