About the Opportunity
Our client, a global tech leader, is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Partner Business Manager to join their Device Partner Sales team. In this role, you’ll work alongside a senior account manager, focusing on building and nurturing strategic partnerships with leading device manufacturers and channel partners across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a multi-billion-dollar business, supporting the full product lifecycle from incubation and prototyping to go-to-market and sales execution. You’ll play a key role in driving device and solutions sales across consumer, commercial, and education segments, while helping partners innovate and grow.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers at partner organisations, driving strategic alignment and mutual business growth.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to develop and execute joint business plans, ensuring both short- and long-term goals are met.
Identify new business opportunities and support partners in transforming their operations and expanding their reach.
Manage complex account plans, coordinate go-to-market strategies, and ensure sales targets and forecasts are achieved.
Analyse market trends, track KPIs, and drive actionable outcomes from partner feedback and reporting.
Prepare and present business updates, forecasts, and strategic plans to internal and external stakeholders.
Support senior leadership reviews and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
What you need for this role:
4+ years’ experience in core sales, channel sales, business development, or solution selling within the PC devices or technology sector.
Excellent communication skills – you’re confident picking up the phone, meeting new people, and presenting to all levels of the business.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
Able to simplify complex concepts and communicate them clearly to partners and stakeholders.
Confident with numbers and comfortable presenting forecasts and business updates.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to interpret Power BI reports.
Professional, humble, and committed to delivering outstanding partner and customer experiences.
