Maxim supplies schools across South-Eastern Australia with paper, stationery and furniture and is looking for an enthusiastic person to join their operations team as a truck driver.

We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Light Rigid (LR) Truck Driver to join our growing team in Melbourne’s metropolitan area. If you have a passion for driving, a strong work ethic, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Light Rigid truck within the Melbourne Metro area
• - Daily deliveries of paper, stationery and furniture to schools across Melbourne Metro
• - Furniture assembly
• - Keep warehouse tidy
• Deliver goods to customers on time and in excellent condition
• Maintain and inspect the truck to ensure it is in good working order
• Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations
• Assist with loading and unloading cargo
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients
• Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate delivery records

Essential Requirements:

• Valid Light Rigid (LR) driver’s license
• Clean driving record with a good understanding of road safety
• Previous truck driving experience (preferred)
• Ability to lift and carry goods as required
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
