At Uniting, we’re proud to be the largest provider of the Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) program in Victoria. Our work ensures that children with disabilities, developmental delays or complex medical needs can fully participate in kindergarten and thrive.
As Program Manager, you’ll guide a passionate and dedicated team – Engagement Officers, Additional Assistants, and KIS Operations staff who bring this vision to life. You’ll lead with empathy, insight and a commitment to quality, helping us build stronger, more inclusive communities.
You will be responsible for Melbourne’s Western region – Brimbank and Melton local government areas. You will be based at our Broadmeadows office, with hybrid work options available.

Your skills and experience
You’re a proven people leader with a strong track record of building high-performing, value-aligned teams. You know how to inspire others and bring out their best.
You will also bring with you:
- Experience leading services or programs in a complex environment.
- Strong knowledge of service delivery in early childhood or community settings.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative, reflective leadership style focused on quality and inclusion.
- An understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
- Sound financial literacy and experience monitoring program outcomes.
