Director Role – Nature lover + Passionate Leader

Padua Kindergarten is seeking a Director to join our amazing hand picked team.

Padua runs and all-day exclusive Kindergarten program, with small group sizes + ages 3 and 4 years old including a Pre Kindergarten Program.

The successful applicant must be willing to work as part of a team and provide children and families with a positive energy and oversee a quality program.

We are looking for:

Someone to nurture a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your expertise while fostering a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with the owner and your team to strategise for the future of Padua, while remaining true to the foundation of Padua and its ethos. Caring and taking care of our beautiful community.

About Padua Kindergarten

As we approach our 18th year in the community, Padua Kindergarten remains proudly owned and operated by one single owner/ operator. Padua is seeking a wholesome and nurturing individual to lead the team and oversee daily operations with the support of the owner.

Nestled in beautiful Mornington, just five minutes from Main Street shops, Padua is surrounded by schools, lovely cafés, and shopping options—ideal for busy families and staff. You'll Need:

· A Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (or be working towards it).

· Proven experience in leading and managing change within the sector.

· A willingness to adapt to a privately-owned service where personality is an integral part of the daily experience.

· Experience with Qik Kids or similar platforms and great team management skills.

· Commitment & passion a must - role for immediate start.
