We’re a values-driven, family-focused allied health service built on the principles of neurodiversity, relational safety, and playful connection. Our team supports children and young people through an interdisciplinary, collaborative model grounded in:

Sensory integration and regulation

Emotional development and co-regulation

Executive functioning, autonomy, and participation in daily life

Motor skill development through play, movement, and meaningful tasks

Capacity building and advocacy for families and educators

You won’t be working off a template here. Your sessions won’t be measured by KPIs. You’ll have the space, time, and trust to do your best work guided by the child, not a clipboard.

We’re looking for an OT who:

Holds a recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and AHPRA registration

Aligns with neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and trauma-informed frameworks

Brings warmth, creativity, and flexibility to every session

Has experience (or keen interest) in working with neurodivergent children, young adults and families

Enjoys teamwork, reflective practice, and a bit of playdough and slime under the fingernails
