About the Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Business Support Officer to join us in this meaningful role. As the Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for supporting a team of 8 staff specialists including:
- Providing high-level administrative support across Medical Services, including management of consultant calendars, coordination with Specialist Clinics, and admission bookings
- Liaising effectively with internal stakeholders and departments to ensure accurate communication, clinic scheduling, and delivery of timely patient care services
- Generating clear, professional correspondence and reports, while maintaining confidentiality of patient records

About You
Our ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate high levels of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Showcase brilliant communication skills both written and verbal. With the ability to effectively support a high performing team of specialists
- Have strong organisational skills, and be a solutions focused thinker
- be available to work Thursday & Friday, 8am to 5pm
