About the Opportunity
Join our team as a Senior Development Compliance Officer and make a meaningful impact in ensuring our City grows safely and responsibly. In this leadership role, you’ll provide expert advice on planning and building compliance, mentor a dedicated team, and oversee the resolution of complex development matters. You’ll conduct site inspections, manage investigations, and ensure adherence to relevant legislation and codes. To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Essential
Current ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence
White Card
Tertiary qualifications in either planning, building or compliance related discipline and/or demonstrated experience in a similar role
Demonstrated considerable experience within a field of development compliance and enforcement
Experience in supervising and developing a team
