We’re looking for a “people person” who’s highly organised, dependable, and loves to make things work seamlessly.

This is initially a part-time role (20-30 hours per week, depending on applicant) with scope to full-time role for the right applicant. Based in our office, salary will be pro-rata and based on experience and qualifications.

As we continue to grow and develop our projects and systems, we’re looking for a dedicated people person to join us as an Executive Assistant and Operations Support to help keep our operations efficient and our team supported.
The Role: A People-Focused Executive Assistant and Operations Support
Your central role will be to support our CEO and Senior Content Strategist - Learning and Marketing to achieve clearly defined goals on a daily basis. You’ll also be liaising with senior team members key stakeholders globally.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support – Assist with day-to-day operations, coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and support administrative tasks that keep our team functioning smoothly.
Team and Stakeholder Communication – Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including psychology experts and training partners, to support program delivery and maintain strong relationships.
Project and Workflow Support – Coordinate ongoing projects, track progress, and support teams to meet deadlines and objectives.
System and Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline administrative and operational workflows, assist with system updates, and maintain our documentation.
Meeting and Project Support – Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and track action items for meetings, while assisting with project coordination to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

An individual with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting clear, professional correspondence and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in executive assistant, or similar administrative roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent proofreading abilities.
Comfortable learning new tools and processes, with a willingness to ask questions and grow in the role.
Ability to coordinate effectively with content teams, operational staff, and key stakeholders.
Must be able to work Part Time in our Burleigh Heads office.
Australian residency required.
