About the Role
We’re currently hiring support workers for a variety of clients across North and South of the River (NOR & SOR).

This is hands-on, meaningful work where you’ll be helping people with day-to-day tasks such as:

Personal care and hygiene

Domestic support (cooking, cleaning, errands)

Community participation and social activities

Building confidence, skills and independence

Supporting clients with complex behaviours

Shift types available:

Day

Afternoon

Night (active and sleepover)

Weekends and public holidays

Whether you're after a full schedule or a few shifts a week, we offer flexible rosters to suit your lifestyle.

What We’re Looking For

A warm, reliable, and proactive attitude

Passion for working with people of all abilities and backgrounds

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to get one)

Working With Children Check (or willingness to get one)

First Aid & CPR (we can help with in-house training)

Driver’s licence and reliable car

Highly Regarded (but not essential)

Experience with personal care or behaviour support

Certificate III or above in Disability or Individual Support

Flexible availability
