Our client an established leader in medical device distribution across Australia and New Zealand, is seeking a passionate and driven Travelling Customer Service Officer to join their VIC team. With an impressive product portfolio covering anaesthetics, wound drainage, oncology, ICU and plastics, this is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated professional to build a rewarding sales career in the healthcare space.
This position begins with a VIC-only territory. It’s ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building strong client relationships, and wants to work in a close-knit, high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals by providing expert product knowledge and responsive support.
- Sales & Territory Growth: Drive sales across VIC through strategic planning, lead generation, and product presentations in clinical settings.
- Market Insight & Reporting: Monitor market trends and competitors, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate on marketing initiatives.
- Professional Development: Stay informed on industry developments, attend conferences, and continuously grow your professional network.
What Do You Need?
- Previous experience in medical or healthcare sales is regarded
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for the healthcare industry
- Ability to manage a territory and work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
