We’re on the hunt for a Senior Campaign and Brand Coordinator to lead the end-to-end delivery of global marketing campaigns, from ideation and planning to execution and post-analysis. You’ll work across proprietary product releases and licensed partnerships, collaborating with internal teams, licensors, and creative agencies to make magic happen.

What you’ll be doing:

Own the rollout of global campaigns across retail and digital channels.

Lead campaign planning, approvals, and execution with creative freedom.

Drive campaign ideation and lead brainstorming sessions with the team.

Manage licensor relationships and ensure timely asset approvals.

Deliver innovative in-store activations, competitions, and theatre.

Mentor a junior Marketing Assistant, developing your people leadership skills in a supported environment.

Analyse campaign performance and share key learnings to drive future success.

What we’re looking for:

3+ years’ experience in retail marketing, brand or campaign capacity, ideally with a tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications. (willing to consider less experience for the right candidate)

A strategic thinker with a flair for creativity and innovation.

A confident communicator who builds rapport quickly and manages stakeholders with ease.

Someone who understands the customer and connects with the brand’s playful spirit.

Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
