An established civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to deliver a short-term utilities package as part of the North East Link Project. This is a great opportunity to contribute to one of Victoria’s largest infrastructure projects in a fast-paced, hands-on role.

About the Role: You’ll oversee the delivery of a critical utilities scope, ensuring safety, quality, and program targets are met. The role requires immediate availability and a proactive approach to managing subcontractors, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving outcomes on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors
• Monitor progress against program and report on milestones
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Liaise with clients, authorities, and internal teams
• Assist with procurement, cost tracking, and documentation

About You

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Proven experience in utilities or civil infrastructure projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running
