The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to play a key role in the successful delivery of diverse commercial construction projects. Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with commercial and site teams, you'll oversee contracts from procurement through to project completion.

What You’ll Do:

Administer head and subcontractor agreements (AS4000 and other standards)

Assist with procurement, tender evaluations, and contract negotiations

Manage cost tracking, reporting, and cash flow forecasting

Prepare and assess progress claims, variations, and EOTs

Maintain project documentation and compliance registers

Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders

What You Bring:

3–5+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction

Strong knowledge of AS4000 contracts and cost control processes

Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar

Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills

Proficiency in industry software (Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, or similar)
