Thirsty Camel Gold Coast is seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor to join our team full-time.

With four locations across the Gold Coast, we are looking for a motivated team members to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service at one of our stores.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the store, including:

Leading and supporting the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences

Managing stock levels, inventory control, and merchandising

Ensuring store cleanliness, presentation, and compliance

Handling cash and overseeing transactions

Assisting with staff training and performance management

What We're Looking For:

Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

A professional and hard-working attitude

A current RSA or RMLV

Strong product knowledge of liquor brands to drive sales

Physical capability for manual handling tasks

Previous retail or supervisory experience (preferred)
