About the role

As a Retail Supervisor Shop Front at the original tugun bakery', you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and overseeing the daily operations of our vibrant bakery located in Tugun, QLD. This part-time position offers a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to work within a friendly and dynamic team.

What you'll be doing

• Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive in-store experience for all customers
• Supervising and coordinating the work of retail assistants, ensuring efficient and effective store operations
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and stock control within the store
• Assisting with cash handling, daily reconciliations, and other administrative duties
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of the store
• Promoting the brand, products, and services to customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service supervisor role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in cash handling and inventory management
