St Therese’s Primary School is situated in Cranbourne North. Applications are invited for a suitably experienced person for a part-time, ongoing position of Canteen Manager to commence on 18 August 2025. The part-time role is 2 days per week, 9:00am-3.50pm (FTE 0.32). The position is classified in accordance with the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Limited Schools and Secretariat Agreement 2022.

The successful applicant will:

have experience working in a similar food service or canteen environment.

have an understanding of current Food Handling and Food Safety requirements.

possess the ability to work effectively and meet short turn around times.

Display strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with staff, students and suppliers.

Have good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Contribute to a healtht and safe work environment for yourself and others and comply with all Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) standards and safe work policies and procedures and all policies as outlined in the Staff Handbook.

The Canteen Manager for St Therese's must hold the following:

Food Safety Supervisor

SITXFSA006 Participate in safe food handling practices (Level 2)

SITXFSA005 Use hygienic practices for food safety.

First Aid Certificate

HLTAID011 Provide First Aid

Working with Children Check

National Police Check
