About the Role

As our HR Officer, you’ll play a vital role in managing recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and staff support. You’ll work closely with leadership and frontline teams to ensure we attract, retain, and develop the best people in the sector.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of disability support staff

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with NDIS and Fair Work requirements

Support performance management, training, and development initiatives

Assist with rostering and workforce planning

Provide HR advice and support to team leaders and staff

Promote a positive, inclusive, and values-aligned workplace culture

Qualifications & Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience in HR within the disability, healthcare, or community services sector (preferred)

Strong knowledge of Fair Work legislation and NDIS compliance

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and empathy

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
