We’re seeking a reliable, results-driven Sales Representative to join our Upper Mount Gravatt team. You’ll be part of a high-performing national sales group, supported by proven systems, trusted products, and an experienced leadership team.

What you’ll be doing

Respond to inbound leads and drive outbound calls to secure new business

Build and maintain relationships with customers, from first enquiry to post-sale follow-up

Provide tailored container solutions based on client needs (sales & leasing)

Accurately prepare quotes, manage sales admin, and maintain CRM records

Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement of sales processes

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role (retail or B2B)

Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly

Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Confident negotiator with a focus on finding practical solutions

Solid attention to detail with CRM and admin experience
