Your Role

Design and deliver a high-quality, play-based educational program for 3YO children

Build trusting, responsive relationships with children and families

Collaborate with passionate co-educators to foster a calm, inclusive learning environment

Document and assess learning in alignment with the EYLF and NQS

Participate actively in team reflection, planning meetings, and professional learning

What You’ll Receive

Above-award pay + monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO)

Dedicated non-contact programming time (with work-from-home flexibility)

Paid PD and regular mentoring from experienced leadership

Warm, inclusive team culture with strong educator wellbeing focus

Free Employee Assistance Program for you and your family
