We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and caring Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in Narre Warren North to run the 3yr old Kindergarten program. We are a family-owned company that has been working in the industry for decades and will support our educators in their roles where needed.

Your impact as an Early Childhood Teacher: you'll inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices that are delivered with creativity and energy. You will build meaningful relationships with families, so each child has a strong sense of belonging that supports them to thrive. Your love of teaching will be reflected in how you mentor and guide educational practices in your room, and in your work with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs, to ensure you're achieving optimal outcomes for children.

To be successful in this role you will need:

Completed a recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree in Early Childhood or as approved by Australian Children’s Education and Quality Authority (ACECQA)

VIT Registered

A Current Victorian Employee Working with Children Check

Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011) and how they apply in VIC

Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)

Current Child Protection training and a strong understanding of your role as a mandatory reporter

A current First Aid certificate as approved by ACECQA along with current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates

Work rights to enable you to work in Australia

A suitable candidate will be available Monday to Friday between 6.30am-6.30pm.
