DWE is seeking a highly skilled and reliable plant operator with a minimum of 5 years’ experience to join our team across multiple active projects. These include roadworks, tip cell operations, bulk earthworks, and sports field construction.

🔧 Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience operating heavy machinery in civil construction

Proven GPS machine control experience

Breaker experience

Final trim capabilities essential

Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Possession of all relevant plant and machinery tickets and licenses
