What You'll Do:

Undertake manufacturing processes to fulfill work orders in accordance with SOP and established principles, including but not limited to:

Following firm production schedules.

Operate and maintain machinery in order to be equipped with applicable equipment to handle different stages of the paint preparation process.

Paint production - mixing of pigments, solvents, binders, and additives in order to achieve a variety of different paint and coating products.

Weighing of raw materials.

Working with dangerous goods and applying applicable PPE and QHSE protocols.

Maintain robust, quality control standards and systems that include regular testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products and ensure quality control checks are completed and nonconformances corrected.

Perform duties in a safe manner, comply with all policies, procedures and instructions relating to health and safety and the environment and proactively identify areas of improvement for health and safety.

Participate in developing operational procedures, SOPs, and work instructions.

Proficient and safe forklift operations.

Remain abreast of industry developments and continuous improvement to contribute to long-term growth and success in a competitive market.

About You:

Previous experience working within a lean manufacturing environment.

Previous experience in milling and aerosol paint manufacturing would be highly regarded.

Strong work ethic and reliability.

Must hold a current Forklift License.

Ability to work at a face pace and meet deadlines.

Able to demonstrate a high attention to detail and accuracy in all output.

Sound communication skills, including the ability to follow directions.

You prioritize safety and follow all procedures and policies diligently.

You’re a clear communicator and work well in a team.

Willing to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
