What We’re Looking For:

Genuine trade skills and the ability to mentor junior staff

Ability to measure accurately and read shop drawings

Ability to nest and prepare jobs for cutting with precision and minimal waste

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment in line with safety standards

Use hand and power tools to assemble and process metal products

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets

Perform physically demanding tasks as part of daily operations

Follow instructions, procedures, and workplace health & safety policies

Overtime available when required

✅ About You

A sharp eye and steady hands — you care about the quality of your work •

The ability to read shop drawings and measure with precision •

Strong metal fabrication or trade skills (minimum 3 years) •

Common-sense problem-solving — you just get how things fit together •

A willingness to jump in, lead when needed, and support your team •

Physically fit and ready for hands-on work • Forklift ticket? Even better (but not essential)
