OPERATIONS MANAGER for Electrcial Company

Full Time | $55–$63/hr + Super + Vehicle + Phone+ Bonus Potential & Paid Birthday Leave

Your Role:

As Operations Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day field and project operations, team management, scheduling, and client coordination. You’ll work closely with the Director and Estimators to ensure seamless delivery and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead field electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors

Oversee daily job scheduling, workflow, and project deadlines

Ensure compliance with WHS, AS/NZS 3000, and other relevant standards

Drive job profitability, quality assurance, and client satisfaction

Coordinate materials procurement and supplier relationships

Contribute to business improvement, resource planning, and reporting

Skills & Experience:

Electrical trade background (Australian Licence Required)

Proven leadership experience in a service or project-based environment

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and standards

Excellent time management and communication skills

Proficient in scheduling software, job management tools SIMPRO, and Microsoft Office

Current Driver’s Licence (mandatory)

Current NSW Electrical Licence - Required

Open Cable Licence (Preferred)

10+ years' experience in commercial electrical work

White Card

Willing to complete WWCC, police, drug/alcohol & medical checks

Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
