About the role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team at Cartech Autoworks' in Truganina, VIC 3029. We specialise in Mercedes benz . As an Automotive Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing a range of Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi and some other European vehicles, contributing to the efficient operations and customer satisfaction of our full-service automotive workshop.

What you'll be doing

Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics on a variety of vehicle makes and models

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid top-ups, and tyre rotations

Undertake complex repairs and restorations, including engine, transmission, and electrical system work

Utilise the latest tools and technology to efficiently identify and resolve vehicle issues

Provide excellent customer service, communicating clearly with clients about the work required

Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used

Ensure the workshop is kept clean, organised, and compliant with all safety regulations

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in Automotive Technology or a related field

Minimum 2 years' experience as an Automotive Technician, preferably in a European workshop

Excellent knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues

Effective communication skills to liaise with customers and team members

Commitment to providing high-quality work and exceptional customer service

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
